Office Administrator

The Ukrainian Catholic Foundation is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Office Administrator to support administrative, fundraising, communication and data-management activities of the Foundation.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Bishop, Clergy, and lay leaders, the Office Administrator plays a key role in advancing the mission of UCFSASK: to promote, support, and financially assist the cultural, social, educational, and spiritual initiatives of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon.

Key Qualifications & Attributes

  • Personable, outgoing and welcoming when interacting with Clergy, Faithful, donors and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid public relations abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and adaptable to learning new software and database systems.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Committed to the Christian values, with preference for candidates familiar with or practicing the Ukrainian Catholic faith.

Working Conditions & Compensation:

  • Part-time position. Minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Reports to: Executive Director
  • Training & Support will be provided.
  • Based in Saskatoon with occasional travel within the Eparchy.
  • Salary Range: $19.00 to $23.48 per hour
  • Staff Benefits: Group insurance, dental and extended health coverage.

Executive Director

The Ukrainian Catholic Foundation invites applications for the position of Executive Director, a key leadership role responsible for guiding the Foundation’s strategic direction and supporting the Eparchy of Saskatoon in its mission to foster the spiritual growth and well‑being of the Faithful and Parishes.

About the Position

The Executive Director will be responsible the administrative operations of the Foundation and will lead the development and execution of effective Foundation’s fundraising strategies. This role requires a collaborative, mission‑focused leader who can strengthen community engagement and advance the Foundation’s long‑term goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring experience in:

  • Fundraising and donor relations
  • Marketing and public relations
  • Administrative leadership. A strong commitment to the values and mission of the Ukrainian Catholic faith and community is essential.
