UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC FOUNDATION OF SASKATCHEWAN GRANT FUND PROGRAM – 2020 DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS
The Ukrainian Catholic Foundation Grant Fund was established from the proceeds of sale of the Sheptytsky Institute building. The investment income earned on this fund is distributed to Parishes/Missions or Eparchial Organizations for various initiatives to assist them in becoming “Vibrant Parishes/Missions/Organizations” within the Eparchy.
The amount of funds available for distribution in 2020 was $71,150.00. The distribution of the Grant Fund was done in two parts:
1) $54,000.00 distributed as COVID-19 financial assistance to Parishes in the Eparchy with aresident priest(s) or deacons(s).
2) $17,150.00 distributed to Parishes that made application requesting funds from the Grant Fund for various Parish projects.
